NASA Form 1707 (NF 1707) (567 KB)
This form is required for all procurements at all NASA Centers to document the proper coordination of approvals for health and safety issues, including the consideration of noise emission. Requestors should follow their Center’s established policies regarding the process for obtaining required signatures on this form. If the noise emission criterion has been raised, the Criterion Adjustment Authorization Form should accompany the NF 1707 through the approval routing to provide documentation that noise emission has been properly considered in accordance with NASA Buy-Quiet Program requirements.
